Skydive Auckland is situated 6km’s from the mercer country stop along Koheroa road, just 45 minutes from Auckland city centre. We enjoy spectacular views of Auckland and the Waikato.

Skydive Auckland offers first jump and progressive training programs. If you want to do one jump or a thousand, our experienced instructors can provide you with all the training required.

Our equipment has extensive safety back-up systems and with today’s high tech equipment skydiving is safer than ever before.

Skydiving is an experience you will never forget. It builds great self confidence and a sense of accomplishment like you wouldn’t believe. Come and jump in the friendly atmosphere of our 7 day a week drop zone.
Accelerated Freefall  (AFF)  - FIRST JUMP COURSE

A concentrated, advanced way to learn to skydive.
The ground course consists of a 3 to 4 hour course held by an experienced Instructor. With a further 1/2 hour training session given prior to jumping.
Exit from the aircraft is at 10,000 feet with two instructors jumping with you. You deploy your own parachute and descend with instructions given by radio.

The requirements for the NZ ‘A’ License are:

5 minutes freefall time                               5 Formation jumps
Be cleared to pack unsupervised               Complete training stages
Water landing briefing                               Spotting briefing
10 accuracy jumps (landing un-assisted by radio landing within 50 metres of the target)

Note: An 'A' Certificate issue fee of $60 is payable direct to NZSA + $35 annual or $10 temporary membership if continuing to jump in NZ on NZSA drop zones after certificate issue.
